Hi I was on holiday and dropped a pill down the sink. I only has one left so took the next one the following day so missed a day. I had then run out so missed Friday and took two on Saturday instead to continue on rather than have a period. I have now got dark discharge. I am concerned as I had sex on Sunday and with this discharge I am wondering if I was protected?
The symptoms are more consistent with infective causes like yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Consult a gynaecologist and plan for a vaginal swab to confirm the diagnosis.
As of now you can use clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
