What Causes Dark Yellow Urine, Burning Sensation In The Tongue And Headaches?

Hello,am 35 yrs of age,am 5.5 tall and 53kg weight. please for the past 3 month now i have being having pepperish sensation all over my body,also having dry skin,very tick yellowish colour urine,burning sensation on my tongue and constant headheak.please what is happening to me and whats is the solution cause am in serious pain now,please help me out.
