hi this is vijay..my brother has some skin problem..suddenly his face became very dark and below of the eyes skin turned it to very dark with some pimples..he is suffering from this since 1 year.. we consulted some Skin related doctors,they are given some fame ointiments but not that much useful.can u help me to figure out the issue.Because of this issue he is not even going out
