hi i dont think so lorazepam reduces the platelet counts,it depends on your current clinical condition,it aslo depend whether you have fever at present or the previous week before checking your platlet counts

There are many causes of low platelet count. Most common cause is viral infection. It may be due to some other cause also. Lorazepam generally don't cause low platelet count. If you don't have any symptoms then no need to worry. Just monitor your platelet count.
