What Causes Deficiency In The Semen & Blood In Urine?
My husband had a cystoscopy about 3 months ago. We have had sexual intercourse several times since then, but the last few times, he s experienced discomfort. Feel like not all his siemen is coming out and now he has blood in his urine again. Why would that be?
As per my clinical experience, the issue of absence of semen flow outside can be due to retrograde ejaculation inside the urinary bladder or absence of semen formation.
Associated blood in the urine can be from prostate or urinary infection most likely.
In my clinic, I recommend urine culture, prostate fluid analysis via prostate massage, doppler ultrasound of the KUB with prostate and if required CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis for best possible diagnostic approach.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
