What Causes Deficiency Of Potassium?

I have been very sick with lack of oxygen, dehydrated, phnemonia, and more, was in the hospital for almost a month in April. I had no potassium either. Now I m trying to get better, but my legs seem so weak !! I can barely walk 10 steps ! What s causing that ?

Hello,
Thank you for your contact to health care magic. I understand your concern. If I am your doctor I suggest you that all your weakness is because of the low pottasium level. As you had been in the ICU for critical illness all your potassium got utilized. You should potassium supplement either in the drug form or naturally like coconut water, ORS etc.
