Hallow Dear,
Your symptoms suggest me the possibility of
diabetes mellitus.
In a non-diabetic woman before pregnancy, diabetes may become overt.
Fatigue, frequent and more urine passing, feeling dehydrated are classic symptoms of diabetes.
Please get your urine and blood tested for detection of diabetes. Diabetes during pregnancy has to be taken special care. If left untreated, it may cause harm to the foetus, may land into some
complications of pregnancy like
high blood pressure, urinary infection, premature labour, etc.
At birth, the baby of diabetic mother is usually
overweight, nearing to 4 kg or 8 lbs., however it behaves like a premature baby due to its affected development.
Hence, please report to your Obstetrician without any delay and get yourself tested for Diabetes. Some diabetic medicines are not to be taken during pregnancy due to their effect on the growing foetus. Your Obstetrician will plan the treatment. With proper medicines and diet control, your symptoms should go away, if you turn out to be diabetic.
I hope this will guide you properly.
