What Causes Dehydration, Hard Stool With Blood?

hi,I am having hard stools and i feel dehydrated. after passing stool today there was some blood. Actually I had constipation earlier 2 months back and while passing stool I felt certain discomfort and there were hard stools and I had to apply presuure to pass them. i have increaes intake of water still issue persists.please advise

1) The possible reasons are; lack of liquids intake, excess perspiration, deficiency of fiber in diet, digestive enzyme issues, gut flora disturbances, hemorrhoids - others


2) Primary guidelines along with water intake; High fiber diet, bulk forming laxative, Ispaghula husk) 3 teaspoonful at night with a glass of drinking lukewarm water .
