Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Intermenstrual spotting can be seen due to causes like hormonal imbalance, local causes like cervical erosion, polyp etc. If you are having persistent PCOD that can lead to hormonal imbalance and irregular periods. Usually gallbladder stones are renal stones are not directly related with the irregularity of the periods but why affecting the General Health they can lead to hormonal imbalance. As the spotting is persisting till 19th day better to consult your gynecologist once, get examined and if needed go for ultrasound to find out the possible cause of the problem. After treating the problem you can plan the pregnancy with your doctor's advice.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
