What Causes Delay In Conception?

I m 30 n my husband is 55.count of sperm is 92 milloion and mortality is 35%.Merried period is 3 years n we still did not conceive.is there any problem? While my doctor told me about my last checkup there are three mature eggs in my ovaries.but even then did not conceive .WTs wrongs ? What should I do?where is the problem?

Thanks for posting your query.
As with your husbands semen parameters- count is fine. Motility may be slightly lesser- you haven't mentioned about A/B/C motility..... Also I need to know about the % of normal forms.On your side apart from checking the follicles ie eggs on scan - we need to check your tubes and do other pre - pregnancy work up. We need to do a basic health assessment for both of you. At age 55- the chance of chromosomal problems in baby is slightly more for eg compared with someone at 45. Also you need to ask yourself whether intercourse happens fairly regularly around the time of ovulation( usual frequency 2-3 /week day 8-18 starting day 1 from first day of your periods).
Also you need to take folic acid 5 mg once daily as per your dr's advice. Hope this helps, take care!
