What Causes Delay In Menstrual Bleeding Post An Intercourse?

Hi My last period was on feb 26th I had intercourse wid my boyfriend before a month march 20th. My periods got a month delayed and I got very little period dark brown in color on april 27th. Could this be early sign of pregnancy?? Is this implantation bleeding? I did pregnancy test on april 8th the result was negative

If you had sex only on 20 th march and not any time earlier than no need to worry you will not get pregnant.
However repeat the urine test in one week just to confirm that you are not pregnant.
You will get normal periods.
