What Causes Delay In Period Along With Cramping And Soreness In Breast?

Hello I am a 20 year old who s period comes every month on the 24 sometimes two days late. This month I have not received my period but am suffering from sore breast mostly in the center around the nipple area. I have not had morning sickness. I do have extreme abdominal cramping as well as lower back pains. Two weeks ago I got sick with cold like symptoms. Only issue is two days ago I took a test and came out negative. What are your thoughts?

Hi welcome to HCM...

Your period is delayed ....

So yes pregnancy has to be ruled out ...
But you might have tested it for too early ....

Urine Hcg estimation by card comes positive five week after Last LMP ..
So after that testing done ....

If pregnancy not there rule out diabetis and thyroid problem ....by RBS and TSH estimation....

Excess stress and anxiety sometime can lead delayed period ....

If you are obese loose weight .....

Take care .

Advise : gynecologist consultation for examination...
