What Causes Delay In Period When Taking Diet Pills?

i was suppose to get my period on the 15th of this month but i have yet to get it. i have all the signs of getting my period but nothing has happened yet. I ve been working out 6 days a week for the last 2 months and i did start taking diet pills. could this be the reason for my period not coming?

Hi,

Diet pills, dieting and exercise can all cause changes in menstrual cycle. The reason is they cause some hormonal changes which can indirectly effect periods. It is also advisable for you to go for a pregnancy test first to role out pregnancy.
