My last period was June 30th spotted for one dayabout a week after, still no period been having bad cramps n very sore breast for two days..took a pregnancy test today came up negative but i have never went a month without my period...I have had alot of extra stress

Hi,

Stress itself can delay your periods. If your periods were regular nothing to worry. Just wait for a week.

Start doing some exercises and not to bother too much. If no periods after 7 days you can get a checkup with a gynaecologist.
