What Causes Delay In Periods And Sore Breasts?
Hello am 29 and got my tubes tied two years ago and my period this month was five days late and I only bleed for four days out of the seven then four days after my period I started spotting when I wipe. I took a test and it said no. But I alway have been having sore bbreast. What could this be?

Hi, I think sore breasts can be a premenstrual symptom. So, you can try some medicines like evening primrose oil and vitamin E to get relief from that. Periods can be short sometimes. Delay of 5 to 7 days is okay. Hope I have answered your question.
