What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Non-penetrative Intercourse?

Hello, 6_7 weeks ago, my bf and I, got together, we didn't have sex . We slept naked together. We did a lot of rubbing/grinding where genitals were touching. There was never any intercourse, no penetration. My period is 2-3 weeks late now. Is there any pregnancy risk?

You can go for a urine pregnancy test and beta hCG test to check whether you are pregnant or not. If periods are delayed more, you can consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
