What Causes Delay In Periods, Light Spotting, Fatigue, Sore Breasts And Vomiting?

Hi,I have finished my sugars pills as of aug 12, light spotting for a morning, no period since. Took a pregnancy test last week- negative.I am exhausted,hot all the time, sore breasts, feeling sick to my tummy and officially late for my period with A little cramping. When should I take another test? Pls help
