What Causes Delay In Periods, Stomach Pain And Black Diarrhea?
Hi, my period is a few days late which is nothing new. Its been late for a couple months now. I woke up in the middle of the night with stmach pains and i had diarrhea, it wasnt normal though, it was black. The same thing happened again this morning. What could it be?

It is probably irritable bowel syndrome, take antispasmodic for it with a lot of fruits and vegetables with plenty of water.
