What Causes Delay In Periods?

Hi doctor, I have been prescribed to take 3 tablets of Myrin-P Forte daily i take for almost 4 months and 2 weeks, my husband sex me and my monthly period already delayed in 2 months, i got a pregnancy test twice but its negative, my question is it is normal?

delay in period may b due to pregnancy,stress,obesity,hormonal imbalance....as upt is negative...nothing to worry...u can visit gynec for registrone 5 mg thrice daily...for withdrawl bleeding...
