Patient age, marital status, sexual history NOT mentioned.
the MOST COMMON cause of Secondary Amenorrhea is "pregnancy".
if you had an unprotected sex in the past few days or within last couple of weeks, most likely you maybe pregnant which maybe confirmed by testing your "blood or urine for betaHCG".
if you did NOT have sex in last few days OR your NOT married, then you maybe needing a
hormonal check and/or gynaecological
ultrasonography.
