What Causes Delay In Periods,nausea And Stomach Pain?
I am 19 years old...I had sex for the first time with my boyfriend (protected sex- used a condom). my problem is i think i might be pregnant. I was supposed to be seeing my period on the 18th of April (i had sex on the 11th April) but it never came till the morning of the 19th but i'm not use to regular periods since i had an ovarian cyst about 3 years ago. this period was not like all my other periods it was not as heavy as the others this one came with no cramps on the first day but till the second day i had really bad cramps. it was not heavy at first on the first day till like 3 in the afternoon it started to come a little heavy with a little clot..the next day is the day i had bad cramps and s little clot again but on the other days its not heavy at all and i am use to using 2 pads at once but this time i didn't even full the one pad that i used. I don't have most of the signs of pregnancy but I'm scared since i can't tell my parents this. I had a little pain in the stomach more so in the lower left abdomen...nauseous feeling on the morning of the 18th but it went away..a bit constipated...am i pregnant or is it just anxiety? i am really scared help me please

You had sexual relation with condom protection. Moreover, you had your menses after the sexual intercourse, on 19 April. So you cannot be pregnant. Menses appearing one day later cannot be the attributed to pregnancy. Initially you had a heavier bleeding, hence lowering the flow after 14 hours is perfectly normal.
Your other symptoms appear to be due to tremendous anxiety that you are under. You also had mentioned so.
Constipation and pain in left lower abdomen is pointing towards amoebiasis. You may take Secnidazole which will take care of the amoebas.
Hence forward to avoid such stressful situation, I would advise you to use regularly some reliable contraceptive method like oral pills, condom or intrauterine device.
