What Causes Delay In Periods,sore Breasts And Nausea?
have had my tubes tied almost three years ago. I have three children and the only time I have missed a period is when I was pregnant. I m a week late so I went and got a pregnancy test and it came of negitive. not sure what I should do. I m felling weird sore breasts, more tired, nauseous. should I be concerned?

Thanks for letting us know your health concern. In the current scenario, the chance of conception is very low. Delayed cycle can happen due to sudden weight changes, stress and infection also. I would ask you to get a complete clinical evaluation and plan further management. A trans-vaginal sonogram is helpful to know the status of the pelvic organs. Hope this helps.
