What Causes Delay In Pregnancy?

hi doctor, my age is 29 and my weight is 84kg height 5 9 and my wife age is 21 and her weight is only 40 kg height 5 2 . i want to ask that i got married 1 year b4 but still no any kid after married when i met my wife i made sex 2 times in one night and the longest days which i remember i did sex with her continue 14 days 2 times in a night means 28 times, one more thing which i feel that when i do foreplay with my wife before penetration even my wife s body mussels didn t become harder like which i beleive 21 years girls should be and vagina and breast don t become tight kindly give me the advice.........

Before I answer your queries you should be informed about few things that are essential for conception.
- Conception does not depend on how many times sex is undertaken, a single sex with good quality of sperms & done at ovulation day of the girl can result in conception.You had lot many inter courses, but possibly none coincided with your wife's ovulation day-- that's why the late in conception.
- So if you are planning for an early pregnancy please -
- Get your wife be checked by a gynecologist for normality of her menstruation/ patency of tubes/ her ovulation pattern/ her general condition.
- Get yourself examined by a urologist for checking normality of your genitals, / your semen analysis./ your general condition.
- Have a sweet relation with your wife.Understand her. Try to please her mind . When both sex partners are intimate psychologically & mentally- the love making becomes pleasure.-- This in turn helps arousal of orgasm in both.
- Know your wife's ovulation day by LH surge test & have unprotected sex around the day.
If you have a such an attitude & planning-- you will definitely get your wife conceived.
