Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options . First of all do not panic. Please, note that recommended dose of pills used for medical termination of the pregnancy is as follows- Tab. Midwest 200 mg, to be followed by Tab. Misoprostol 600 mg orally or pet vaginal after 48 hours. After taking Misoprostol tablets, bleeding starts after 2 to 3 hours . A week long course of broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxycycline is advisable.
