What Causes Delayed And Scanty Periods?

I had sex twice the day I was suppose to start my period, like before I started bleeding, and then I got my period a day late and I m kinda starting to have a really short period, and I never have them. I have been having this flavor or like metallic in my mouth. Am I pregnant??

Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question.
I would like to tell you that periods may be scanty sometimes or for shorter duration and its absolutely normal. Best way to rule out pregnancy is to do pregnancy test by early morning urine sample, which usually becomes positive after 30 to 35 days of last period. Also you can consult a gynecologist and get your ultrasound done to find out any sac,if pregnancy is there.
Taste changes in pregnancy, but its not the only cause of metallic taste in mouth, so my advise you to is do preg test and if its negative, then wait for a month and your periods will come again.
