What Causes Delayed Period Along With Negative UPT?

I ve missed my period this month and went to get a pregnancy test and it came back negative the nurse said go back in a couple of weeks if my period still hasn t arrived anyway it hasn t and I haven t been back but the past week or so I have been experiencing some very slight faint movement in my tummy it s only a very quick thing and last for maybe half a minute if that I am also having white discharge if I am pregnant I could only be like a month or 2 if not what else could it be ?

Hi, I have gone through your question. Delay in periods can be due to pregnancy, stress or any hormonal disturbance. Sometimes, the urine pregnancy test becomes positive a bit late as the conception is delayed.
Fetal movements are not perceived in such early pregnancy, you may feeling bowel movements as slight faint movement in your tummy.
I would suggest you to repeat a urine pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after the missed periods.
If it is still negative, then do consult your OBGYN specialist and get your investigations done to find the cause and get treated accordingly.
