Last December I was diagnosed for being hypothyroid and since then consuming medicine of 50mg. Since then my menstrual cycle is delayed. Earlier it used to fall in every 27 days now its 30 or 31 depends Recently I started having lower abdominal pain slightly above groin every time I bend or get up from bed. After consultation I was advised to get a blood test done along with an ultrasound. The blood test showed LH - .37 & MCHC -34 rest all being normal Ultrasound report stated: 1,thickened endometrium-15.4mm 2. Bilateral polycystic ovaries 3.Ovaries are enlarged in size and shape and show multiple tiny follicles arranged peripherally within echogenic stroma. And yes my menstrual cycle has skipped by 4 days. I Took a home pregnancy test but the result came negative. Please advice if anything else to do and if the above can be corrected medically as I am anxious to conceive. Thank you
