What Causes Delayed Period And Stomach Heaviness While HPT Is Negative?

Hello. I've recently been feeling quite funny, I've been feeling sick at really strange times during the day & night, My stomach feels strangely heavy & I've been having backache for about 2weeks now, I've missed 2 periods but I've taken 5 tests and they were all negative.. Could anyone please tell me whats happening? Thanks.
