General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you have done unprotected intercourse, then in absence of periods; kindly do urine pregnancy test and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after gynecologist consultation to rule out pregnancy. For cramps and bloating you can take tab. Cyclopam and tab. Tylenol after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
