Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the first place, please do not think of self medication. This can lead to unwanted complications. You should see a specialist and get a complete evaluation to detect the cause of the delayed period. A sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route is needed to know the status of the pelvic organs and also to confirm/exclude pregnancy. Hormone imbalances have to be checked if pregnancy is not the cause. Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Further management can be planned after evaluation. Hope this helps.
