OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain in lower abdomen and back is common after childbirth due to excessive straining of the abdominal and back muscles.
However, other causes like urinary tract infection and pelvic infection should be ruled out.
Headache, which is aggravated on movement, is likely due to migraine or cervical spondylitis.
I will suggest you to consult a neurologist for proper examination, investigations and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
