What Causes Delayed Period While UPT Is Negative?

My period is 10 days late and I am frequently regular. I had severe cramping today and 3 negative pregnancy tests so far. I ovulated July 24-30 and had sex the 25th, 26, 27, 30, 2 and 9th using the pull out method. We have been using this method for 3 years since our son and have been successful in not becoming pregnant. Any advice for me. Could I not be pregnant?

Understand your concern
Pulling method is not successful in preventing the pregnancy as preejaculatory fluid unknowingly get into the vagina and it contain some sperm concentration that lead to pregnancy.
And you also did sex in the fertile period of cycle lead to high chance of pregnancy. So I advice you to go for Blood HCG measurement that is very accurate and specific to diagnose the pregnancy.
Severe cramping may be due to ectopic pregnancy that should be rule out by USG scan.
Other caus:e of delayed period should be rule out like in absence of pregnancy
Ovarian cyst/pcos, endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, fibroid adenomyosis.
Investigations required: Reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan and endometrial biopsy.
Take meftal spas for cramp and period can be induced by primolut N in absence of pregnancy.
