What Causes Delayed Period With Birth Control Pills?

I started taking oxi elite pro and have been on microgestin birth control. I have been on birth control for many years now. I should have gotten my period this week and it is now friday and nothing yet. I have taken 2 different brands of pregnency tests and both came negative. I feel normal and no changes but I am concerned about this.
