What Causes Delayed Period With Nausea And Hunger?

I m 19 days late for my period. I ve been happy sore nipples (not the breast just the nipple), bloating, and a feeling of hunger but nausea at the same time. I m so tired feeling all the time. But I did not have any kind implantation bleeding. The last period I had was March 22 2015 and today is may 9 2015. The period in march was light but lasted 3 days. Does it sound like pregnancy?

Hello, thanks for writing in.
Missed period, sore nipples, nausea, fatigue collectively can be due to a pregnancy. However to rule out if its a irregular/delayed cycle, you must do a pregnancy test right away.
It is not compulsory to have an implantation bleed always.
If your cycles have been regular in the past, and you are not on birth control, chances of a pregnancy are high.
Whatever the result of the HPT, I would recommend a pelvic ultrasound as well.
