Hello,
Absence of withdrawal bleeding is characteristic of
pregnancy. You have not mentioned if you are sexually active or not & if you had unprotected sex. Get clinically examined by a Gynae, get urine test for pregnancy as well as
blood test (beta hCG) done to check if you are pregnant. Your gynecologist may make you do a USG to detect ectopic pregnancy/pregnancy. If you are pregnant, you will be managed accordingly.
If you are not pregnant, you will have to get done a few blood tests to detect
hormonal imbalance,
thyroid dysfunction, PCOS, anemia, sleep disturbance,
diabetes, weight issues, overall health condition, any underlying disease, etc. You will be accordingly managed & treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
