What Causes Delayed Periods After Discontinuing Primolut?

hi i took Primolut-N to delay my period , i took it a week before my period and continue using it for another week , so i use it for 2 week, now it been 6 days after i stop taking it and my period didn't come !
what should i do ? ..
note i did blood pregnancy test before i start using them and it was negative !
