What Causes Delayed Periods After Stopping Cerezette?

Hi i was on cerezette for a month i stopped taking it early October, however my last period was at the end of October and had unprotected sex round about the 2nd week of November. My period cycle is 19 days so ledgledy i am around 1 week and a bit late. ....so i went to the doctors he gave me a pregnancy test and it came up negative but the doctor said he is still uncertain due to the fact it is still early to tell if i am or not. I am really concerned as i have never missed a period even when having a break from contraception. Hope you can help me

As per your history day of unprotected sex comes in the fertile period, so your concern is valid. But many a times return to fertility or ovulation delay occurs in few cases ; that's why your doctor said that he is uncertain.
i will suggest you to wait for a week and repeat urine pregnancy test.
And now onwards ask your partner to properly use condom , till thisissue is solved.
