The occurrence of bleeding within 2 weeks of taking unwanted 72 hours, generally denotes absence of pregnancy. Moreover, you have also done the home pregnancy test which is negative, almost confirming the absence of pregnancy. However, in a very few cases, Pregnancy test may take a longer time to show its presence. Therefore, to be pretty sure, another pregnancy test taken apart 2 weeks after the sexual act is advised.
