What Causes Delayed Periods And Cramps After Intercourse?

Me and my girlfriend had sex for the first time this was her first time we used a condom and I did cum inside her her period is late she's been having cramps ans breakouts for two weeks and she usually gers on her period after that but she's late one her period could you give me some help I am freaking out.

I understand your concern.
The first interciurse does have the after effects like cramps, slight bleeding, local swelling and all. Periods can also get late due to psychological stress/ anxiety leading to hormonal imbalance.
You had used condom. still possibility of breaking condom followed by conception needs to be excluded by blood HCG test now itself & be tension free.
Must take a lesson & take contraceptive care
-observe the condom for breakage & follow immergensy contraception (plan B ) within 72 hours.
- Get IUD/ oral contraception with a doctor's advise ,in case of regular sexual life
