What Causes Delayed Periods And Negative Pregnancy Test?

I am three days late for my period, four if you count today, and I have been running a low-grade fever of 99.5 for about a week. I took four home pregnancy tests (clear blue and first response) the day before my missed period and the day of my missed period. I followed the instructions exactly and they all came back negative. What's wrong with me?

Hi,

3 to 4 days late would not be called a delayed period.
It could happen ,and certain variation in period length are always expected.
Only a cycle length more than 35 days from last period if you are having regular periods,could be called that.
Regarding the fever,it could be due to an infection ,and having it for a week you need to see a physician.Do you have any other symptoms like cough,cold ,vomiting ,diarrhoea etc,?

Dont repeat the pregnancy test atleast for a week.
