What Causes Delayed Periods And Negative Pregnancy?

I m yet to see my period after 3 weeks of using postinor 2 following unprotected sex. I took the first tablet 20 hours after the sex and the second tablet 12 hours later. I did urine pregnancy test last week which was negative. I m dead worried Doc! What is Ur advice pls?
