Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If ovulation has returned after the delivery and if you are having regular unprotected sexual intercourse thereafter, with your symptoms, pregnancy should be suspected. Please get a home pregnancy test with a fresh early morning sample of urine. If negative, you can wait for a couple of days to see if you receive a period and if not, go for a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs. Similar symptoms can also be seen during the premenstrual phase. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
