What Causes Delayed Periods, Sore Nipples, Tender Breasts Even After Taking Duphaston?

My doctor suggest me take duphaston 10mg for 10 days alreadty 6 days past stop taking duphaston but still I have no periods, i have had sore nipples and tender breasts. Along with that I am also having shooting pains in my lower abdomen ,my pregnancy result negative. Now what should I do?

Hi,

I think that you should start a course of Medroxyprogesterone tablet 10 mg for 5 days. Wait 3 weeks for periods to occur and also have evening primrose tablets for 20 days at night. Also, I would suggest you to have a thyroid profile test and prolactin test done as these hormonal irregularities can lead to these symptoms.
