What Causes Delayed Periods While UPT Is Negative?

Hi I am Esther saw my period for the month of may on the 21st. Then I had protected postinor d sex on 30th and 31st of may bt still took postinor on the 31st and on th 5th of June I saw my period for 3days and till now have not seen ma period. Though have carried out pregnancy test and am not pregnant
