What Causes Delayed Periods With Brown Thick Discharge?
hi
i am a week late on my periods,i have been having a brown thick discharge for about 8 days now accompanied by cramps,my boobs are also sore.but yesterday i had been havinga red discharge with small clots in it,even today since morning but there is no proper flow of blood, what is the explanation to this?

Hi,
The first possibility is early conception with bleeding due to hormonal deficiency. This needs to be supplemented after confirmation of pregnancy by catheterized urine sample. Blood hCG pregnancy test. You have to consult a gynecologist. In case pregnancy test is negative, you need a cause specific treatment for menstrual problem under your gynecologist guidance.
