What Causes Delayed Periods With Negative Pregnancy Test?

hi ,ive been married since the 30th of august the last time i got my period was on the 10th of august is it normal for the delay ?and i also did pregnancy test it came out negative ,does it show if am pregnant in this short period ?i mean the results are accurate?

delayed periods with negative pregnancy test can be due to stress,pcod,hormonal imbalance,overweight etc.consult gynecologist and take meprate to get your periods.thanks.
