What Causes Delayed Periods With Sore Breasts And White Discharge?

Hi i am 4 days late on my period shall i got to my doctors and talk to them or wait and see if i come on as i have no signs off them like i usually do i am getting a lot of discharge which i never get and sore boobs i sometimes get i am usually always on time for my period and never late could i be pregnant ?
