What Causes Delayed Periods With Spotting Before Cycle?
I believe I just experienced implantation bleeding a week before my cycle was due and now I am late starting my cycle. Thus had never occured before nor with my first pregnancy. Home pregnancy tests are showing negative results. Any idea what this could be if it is not pregnacy?

1. Implantation bleeding is more of pinkish brown spotting and the pain remains the same.
2. If you have spotting before your actual period then that might be because of irregular endometrial shedding. Do not worry as you will get your periods in 1-2 days.
