What Causes Delayed Periods?
my girlfriend is late on her period. She is generally regular but last year around this time she was late as well. She is kinda stressed from working and is just starting to experience cramps bloating and all of her general period symptoms. Given these are also pregnency signs can you help ease my mind. I always use condoms and pull out before i go. I highly doubt she could be pregnent considering we are very careful.

if you have been careful with usage of condoms and pull out technique, then this could be just another episode of stress related hormonal imbalance causing delayed menses.
if still the menses dont return by 7 days of next missed period, then the best way to rule put pregnancy would be the beta hcg based urine pregnancy test at home.
if pregnancy is ruled out then she can either choose to wait for menses or opt for progesterone withdrawal.
but considering that she is having bloating sensation, cramps simulating premenstrual syndrome, she may be on the verge of getting her periods. so ideally you may get a urine preg test done first before contemplating options.
