What Causes Delayed Periods?
My period was late so I took a pregnancy test but it was negative. My period was still late after that and didn’t show up for 3/4 days after that. Then I started bleeding very very lightly and it lasted for 3/4 days and then went away. So I took another pregnancy test and it still said negative. I’m just worried as to what could be the problem. My periods are never ever late and always last 7 days.

Slight irregularities in a period are quite common and nothing much to worry about it. Sometimes the flow is scanty and it can present like this.
As of now, no treatment is required and if the symptoms persist for long, you can consult a gynecologist and get an ultrasound scan done to look for conditions like PCOS.
